Hi guys, to write a review for sound system is most toughest job, because there is no end to final satisfaction when it comes to listening a song through a sound device. However, I think one should keep in mind the money spent, considering the similar type products of different brands.
Delivery of this product by Amazon at Mumbai was excellent. I received it within 36 hours of my order. It was nicely packaged too.
Now coming to this product, we should remember that getting a tower type sound box in comparison to sound bar under 4k is truly worth the purchase. The clarity of sound is excellent whether it is played under highest or lowest (minimum) volume. The BASS is also amazing. To be very frank, I dind’t expect such quality of sound at this price. For a home playing, the sound is enough. Some may still feel the lack of DJ loudness, as I already told that sound satisfaction is never ending process, specially in this era of contineous technical upgradation. Dont’t expect a DJ type sound from it. But the clarity & perfect bass of this system will surely mesmarize you. Please listen to the music in the attached video, which was recorded in very low volume. You can surely guess the clarity from there itself.
If you are not a loudy type of person & loves the perfection of the music, can go for it blindly.

AKAI TS-50 Tower Speaker has a good performance. The company provides direct support for any problem/fault in the system. However, AKAI Customer Service is very poor & worthless.
I recommend the speaker for small get togethers & Party. It is better to buy the system directly from Hometech Digital Pvt. Ltd.

Friends, I would like to inform you on my behalf that Akai India Company is a very good brand company which I consider, but today this company is providing such poor service that I have ordered Akai TS-120 tower type speaker from Amazon for my home. When they sent this product to me, I got this product damaged with the package and when I tried to use it at home, more than half of its functions are not working. I am able to connect it with Bluetooth, but there is a function in this device which is HDMI ARC which connects with the TV, but this function is not working at all. Along with this, I also checked the second speaker jak. I found it broken. When I gave this information to Akai India Company, Akai India refused to give me any help thank you.

This was a gift for mothers day by my daughter who has just given her boards. Meaning the budget was limited and within that limit she had to find a good and a reliable system .
I was totally satisfied with the quality of the system . I mean I know I am not that fussy about what I want , but yes the sound is clear, no jarring notes, ease of operation is well easy.

Worst service. I would not recommend anyone to buy Akai products. It’s been more than a month the speaker was delivered. The speaker was not working when it was delivered. I complained on Amazon they said it’s service centre replacement so you need to talk to Akai. Spoke to them registered complaint but no action. Next time when called upon to check the status the complaint was closed already from their end whereas they had informed that they will replace the speakers. So again registered the complaint and same thing happened during follow up. Same way have registered more that 5-6 complaints till date but no response or no action. Bad quality products. Bad service and very unprofessional.
