Worst experience. I bought this item for ₹500, and upon receiving it, the right earbud was not working. To claim the warranty, I had to visit a service center located far from my place, which ended up costing me another ₹500. Totally disappointed.

To be honest I was afraid to order it at first because I saw a lot of negative reviews but then I thought I am getting so cheap so I will order it and when it got delivered to me Packaging was also good for 470 rupees. I would say the sound quality is decent. It has punchy bass and the mids are a bit less but it justifies the price.

It’s just not working and the worst part is that Amazon is not bothered when I request them to replace it. Very very sad experience 😔. There is no option for replacement of this product. I sincerely suggest you don’t buy this.

And the battery is getting drained very soon.when we tried for a replacement..no amazon will not do it! You have to go to service center ! Beware of purchasing this third class product i have purchased it showinh the name of hp but alas looks like its a duplicate one sold by seller ! Amazon do not entertain this kind of things ! Worst

I am writing this review after using for 6 days, it is working fine as per my expectations. I also have one noise earbuds which I purchased at 999 but after getting this HP earbuds, I can say it that this HP earbuds is far similar with that noise earbuds and with this less price, it has become a good and perfect earbuds.
The design is also quite good, it’s very sleek and compact, you can easily carry it comfortably. Connectivity is good, charging is also good and I specially impressed by its sound quality which comes generally within the high range of products but it’s good far away.
You can go with this if your budget is tight.
