Very low quality video & motion detection does not work properly.

Worst battery back up…if we watch videos in playback with a power back up then battery drains to 50% within 10mins.
Battery is not getting charged even in sunny also.
Complaint raised for 2 times but no response from the Trueview team.
If there is no battery backup then it’s no use if we use one lakh rupee worth of camera.
Camera clarity is not great.
Please don’t buy….company will not turn up to you resolve the issue.

Battery life should improve.
The Solar Panel wire is quite thin and NOT strong for outdoor use in sunshine.
(The Box seemed to be opened before. Maybe they gave a used piece / returned piece.)
