Please don’t buy any Zebronics product. The products are as not as per description and will cause you extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment. Moreover, once you buy their defective products, they will provide you with no service assistance. The service is rigid and deficient. I strongly recommend against trusting a Zebronics product.

So I bought this product on 21july the product delivered at25july the monitor has numbers printed inside which you can when you turn on the monitor. Now I contacted Amazon for solution. They arranged a service inspection guy. This guy never contacts and everyday I had to call Amazon to make this guy visit and check my monitor and Amazon did not do any thing and just reschedule the service appointment. After more then a week of struggle finally this guy visited and said this can’t be repaired contact Amazon. I called Amazon they said wait for 48hrs since our system is not updated. I had to wait then call. Now Amazon said you need to go to the service center they will check it we don’t do anything? Like wtf why you waisted my time this long with so many follow-ups. So the conclusion is if you get any issues with the product even within the first 7days after delivery of the product Amazon will not do anything. You need to go to the service center. Also I contacted zebronics they said because you bought from Amazon there is no on site support. You have to visit zebronics. So if you really want to struggle and looking for frustrations then only buy this providing. Otherwise I will not recommend this brand and also Amazon for this. It’s really worst experience. They dust their hands once you pay for the order and this becomes customer problem in all the ways possible.
