The product is generally satisfactory.
However, the stand is not perpendicular to the base, which causes the monitor to tilt 10 degrees to the right. This appears to be a manufacturing defect.

well amazing colours amazing ux and all sure that’s what we expect buying things from samsung but!!! an important warning about it’s viewing angles, colour will washout at any angle not front and centre so if you’re buying it as TV like uhm i did then keep your expectations on that accounted for cause all the amazing colours goes out of the window at off angles. tho when viewed from a fair distance like back on bed (I’ve 32in varient) viewing angles doesn’t struggle much as it would let’s say viewing it from front of bed? and for colours and picture quality I’d give it 5 stars no doubt Samsung knows their display and colours, HDR looks AWESOME obviously but then AGAIN A WARNING ON SOUND, connecting to my home theater (IK I’M NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT but my model doesn’t have anything else and analog audio interface so eARC is obviously not an option for me but that is just fine I’ve tested the port with Samsung eARC theatre aswell that was as expected awesome) over bluetooth made the 100% volume more like down to 70% it’s not loud enough for sure so keep that in mind how you’re planning the audio? inbuilt speakers are loud and clear but lacks bass altogether which is not great for music and movies but fair enough for YouTube and tv shows. that’d be it i guess? hope it helped-

Monitor is good i am using this for TV. But the screen size is good and i am using for my work as well.
I am feeling the refresh rate is less.

Purchasing this monitor has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Despite the premium price and brand reputation, the monitor fails at its basic function—delivering accurate color output. When connected to a PC via HDMI, colors are completely washed out. Blacks appear grey, reds shift to orange, and the overall image quality is unsuitable for tasks that require precision, such as photo editing.
Adding to the frustration, Samsung’s customer service was dismissive. The technician who visited outright denied the issue, claiming the device is “non-defective.” Samsung’s response to my complaint was equally unhelpful, offering no real resolution.
To make matters worse, Amazon refused to accept a return or provide a replacement, citing Samsung’s denial of the issue. This lack of accountability from both Samsung and Amazon has been extremely disappointing.
I expected better from a brand like Samsung and a platform as trusted as Amazon. I strongly advise against purchasing this monitor—or any product—if you value quality, accountability, or customer support.
