I received this laptop and it has exceeded my expectations. The sleek design combined with its lightweight build makes it easy to carry.
Performance-wise, it handles multitasking smoothly — I’ve been using it for everything from browsing, streaming, to working on canvas on graphic design projects and it hasn’t slowed down once. The processor is fast and the SSD ensures quick boot times. Battery life is also impressive, lasting me through most of my workday without recharging.
The display is crisp and clear, perfect for watching movies or working on detailed projects. The keyboard feels comfortable and the trackpad is responsive. The sound quality is decent for a laptop, although I tend to use headphones for a better experience.

Laptop design is good and it’s very light weight but this is the worst laptop…i bought this laptop to attend the training classes and I literally wasted my money…I guess I could have get the better laptop if I invested 3 or 4k extra…it takes ages to open…ok I know for this price we will not get the best performance laptop….yes it’s works once it’s open but it’ll hang a lot….if you want to buy a good laptop, or good performance laptops or want to use it for a long time please invest some more money and buy a good one. It’s been almost 6 months now this laptop has lots of problems… without connecting to internet it will not allow you to unlock the screen..I don’t know the logic behind that but that’s not the only problem now you’ve to shutdown and restart atleast 5 times to connect it to the internet i mean why…still once you leave the laptop for 5 mins then again you’ve to shutdown and restart…i just Buried my money

This is product scam from futopia and amazon. Never buy it. First they are not providing not charger in the box. When ask for the replacement they simply denied by giving silly reasons.
Laptop build quality is not good.
Poor packaging from brand and amazon side.
Even performance is very poor.
Screen is very dull.
Choose other option.

I’m genuinely happy with this laptop. It looks very premium, boots up in seconds and runs smoothly. I’ve been using it for almost 2 weeks for work-from-home, Zoom calls, emails, and streaming. The sound quality is also decent. For those who need a stylish, smooth-performing laptop at a budget price, go for this without a doubt.

I bought this laptop for my father for casual use mainly YouTube and news reading. While the performance is okay, the build quality is also good in this price range. But again, in this budget, it gets the job done. Good for the elderly or kids’ first laptop.

I bought it, and within just 8 days, both the storage and keyboard stopped working.
I contacted customer support for warranty service, but even after a whole month, I still haven’t received any response.
Very disappointed with the product and after-sales service. Stay away!
