2nd July 2025: After constant interaction with Lenevo customer care, I got the updated warranty for 12 months. I am changing my rating to 4*
Received this product on 27th June 2025 with in a day service. Very well packed and it was good service provided by Amazon for deliery. Unboxing was done with video and was able to plug in the laptop with power and all went well.
The system is very smooth, No lagging and everything is perfect. Good deal I got.
Only one issue I want to report is that the Warranty says as just 3 months remaining which is unacceptable and also same with the battery warranty. I see that that warranty is displayed from the date of manufacturing date registration which is september 2024. I have complained to Seller and Lenenvo as well.
Other than this everything is perfect. Good battery life, great performance
However Camera quality is so poor which could have been improved.

Good on Software and internal machine part but very very poor body lots of scratches marks within 1 month inspite of careful use! Sheer plastic of lower quality… I’m reviewing it based on 2years of my experience with Lenovo…worst thing is they( Lenovo help centre) easily escape by saying that breaking of any body element is not covered in warranty!
Issue with my Laptop: 1. There were visible cracks around pen drive input area after just 6 months.
2. Battery when bought was not with its full capacity.
Good thing is, it still has good Performance maybe cuz I never played high end games or used any such softwares .

It’s charger heat up during charge
