The products quality is very good. It performs smoothly with Intel core i7 13th generation processor. Display quality is good. Value for money.

This laptop is good for basic use. I did have initial problems with the warranty showing an early expiration date but the HP team helped me resolved it.
Pros:
1) It has a good screen size for those who prefer larger screen.
2) It has a decent speed with multiple applications in use
3) It does come with a Microsoft 365 for a year and Office 2024 basic desktop applications for lifetime. We need to visit Microsoft website and download the package for the desktop applications
Cons:
1) It took me long to figure out how to resolve the warranty issue. They should have some inbuilt faq instead of a Google search
2) The laptop does have heating issues if working for a long time. We need to keep it on a cooling pad or a desk. Hence, not recommended for high end professional usage
3) Led screen would have been a better option at this price range
4) Battery drains fast

It is oversized and weight. Please purchase less screensize. Also, it offers Microsoft 365 which is cloud version and no desktop applications. have to purchase as one time for 9200 RS.
