Extremely pathetic experience. Brand new laptop was ordered for my father which was delivered on 27th May. After unboxing and trying to power up, got this blue screen. Ordered for a return. It seems the return is handled by the brand in this delivery (HP). The HP technician contacted my father and the issue was described to him. He closed the case without even visiting and physical inspection. Now I’m stuck and don’t know what to do. The order details on the website says return window is over on 3rd June.
