Why did you pick this product vs others?:
As bcoz this is a DELL Laptop so we purchased it but the Laptop is not working from the day we received it. Surprisingly there is no support from anyone for making good the problem or replacing the defective laptop. We have called AMAZON helpline but they asked us to Contact OEM DELL Service/customer care . The DELL Customer care people are not responding too. We are feeling helpless that its more than a month but till now the problem is not solved.

Awesome surround sound stereo speakers (quality is unbelievable for this price)
i3 12th gen proc-its entry level however sufficient for daily tasks
LATITUDE series know for its sturdy build quality and performance
Impressive display ( wondering how DELL managed to provide such quality display and sound at 29k 🙂
CONS
8GB RAM is not sufficient ( it can be extended as there is one empty slot it’s a DIY)
No backlit keyboard( miss it but can’t ask for more for this price point)
Average battery life( 4 to 5 hours )
1 year Warranty and to extend it after purchase it’s very expensive (6k for a year )
Overall irrespective of what budget you have just go for this laptop……….

It’s an ubuntu pre installed laptop.and the seller wiped out ubuntu and installed original windows 11 pro virsion.it’s pre activated so I lost 2 months of my 1 year warranty.
Dell laptop is always good.
It’s a good laptop for 30k price

product is good, we already using these products in ur organization, but rating is due to delivery process, regarding a business & prime account ,unable to contact delivery person for about 90 min ,provided phone is continues busy, product deliver after office hours, due to this we miss some commitment to the end user.
