Worst product received
Won’t even open and Amazon and dell are tossing me around and nobody is providing any solution
This is the worst they can get.
May Amazon get ruined and dell as well
Don’t recommend this to anyone.

When compared to the Alienware 17 R2 (2015), the newer model has lost several features in various aspects. These include the touch functionality, a 17.3-inch glass-finish display reduced to a 16-inch LCD finish, a reduction in programmable keys from 19 to just 4, the absence of a numeric keypad, removal of the Alienware Graphics Amplifier docking support, and the lighting effects, which are now limited to per-key lighting without multiple effects.
Despite these omissions, Alienware has compensated by introducing a Cryo-Tech cooling system that keeps the system cool and makes it more portable. The stealth mode is particularly useful for professional or educational use, as it disables all lighting—including that of the Alienware mouse (AW610M) (Bought Separately)—with the click of a button which stabilizes battery usage for extended period and power adapter is now 240w with sleek design. The device is also easier to carry and comfortable to use on my lap.
However, the build quality feels slightly inferior compared to my previous model, the Alienware 17 R2, which weighed 4.73 kg, while the new model weighs just 2.61 kg. The anodized aluminum chassis does add a premium feel, and the 180° screen rotation combined with a 240Hz refresh rate is a standout feature.
Overall, despite inflation, the system feels like good value for money if purchased at ₹1.5 lakh (RTX 4070, 16GB RAM) using a business account. The design is sleek and more user-friendly compared to older models. Software updates are frequent and hassle-free, ensuring smooth performance.

I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP. I’ll put this as easy and as fast as I can. This laptop isn’t anywhere near the price range as it should be. Some would even argue it’s TWICE the price it should’ve been. Look if you really want to buy a laptop which dosen’t put a hole in your purse I’d recommend the ACER predetor Helios 16 RTX 4080 and i9 13900HX. Yeah it’s just the same laptop with same storage and Ram and even the same screen. So why do I recommend that over this one, oh it’s just really simple. It’s just that……………
IT’LL BE ₹1,37,000 cheaper than this.
The Helios 16 RTX 4080 costs around 2,50,000 in June 2023 and the X16 with 4080 costs a whooping ₹3,87,000. I don’t think there is much to say really. Fine the X16 has 4 fans, cool RGB touchpad, smooth metal cover.
BUT CAN YOU REALLY JUSTIFY THE ADDITIONAL COST OVER THE HELIOS.🧐
There is nothing much to say really any sane consumer would rather buy the Helios rather than the X16.
Dell is really delusional to think a consumer would not search other options before buying a Laptop which costs around ₹4,00,000. 😵😵😵
