El portátil tiene una relación calidad precio difícil de ver en otras marcas, sus 8g de RAM y su disco SSD hacen que vaya bastante fluido aunque su procesador sea el 4000. No tiene teclado retroiluminado ( lógico por su precio) tiene un touchpad gigante con bastantes rangos de movimiento, el teclado es inglés, aunque trae unas fundas de silicona en varios idiomas entre ellos el español que queda muy bien fijada al teclado como se puede ver en el vídeo. Por 250€ no encontraréis nada mejor en prestaciones en ninguna otra marca, si quieres hacer las tareas basicas como navegar, ver Netflix, ofimática y cosas sencillas compralo que no te arrepentirás!

Cercavo un notebook per studiare (programmi di lettura/scrittura e archivio di file semplici) e per un po’ di svago old school (streaming on line, servizi on demand per serie tv e simili).
Questo tradotto in “informatico” significa una RAM di almeno 8 GB, un processore quad core o meglio, uno schermo di almeno 11′, una buona connettività e se fosse stato un convertibile tanto meglio.
Considerando un budget MASSIMO di 350 euro, ho dato più di un’occhiata in giro ma non trovato niente, e dico NIENTE sotto i 350 euro con una RAM maggiore di 4 GB.
Persino tra i prodotti warehouse o ricondizionati non ho trovato nulla con una RAM maggiore di quella del mio smartphone.
O meglio, niente tranne i prodotti CHUWI e quelli di un altro grande brand del sol levante specializzato in tecnologia low-cost.
Con le spalle coperte dalla garanzia Amazon, ho deciso di provare.
Non nego infatti che all’inizio ho tentennato un po’ nell’acquistare un computer di una marca il cui nome mi ricorda un frutto (o il nome di un gatto)
A una prima occhiata lo chassis in plastica non è un biglietto da visita dei migliori ma basta accenderlo e guardare lo schermo per capire che il pc non ha niente da invidiare a marchi più blasonati.
Lo schermo è un IPS ad alta qualità di risoluzione ed “opaco”, anti riflesso insomma.
È perfettamente leggibile anche sotto la luce diretta del sole.
La diagonale è di 14.1 pollici (35,8 cm), entra facilmente in una borsa da giorno o in uno zainetto.
In generale è esattamente come viene descritto dalla casa produttrice, sapevo già che sarebbe arrivato con la tastiera inglese e che nella confezione avrei trovato quella italiana (assieme ad altre 2 con i layout per altre lingue).
È stato sufficiente fare aderire la seconda sulla prima; si incastra da sola e il problema è risolto.
Non è retroilluminata (purtroppo..) ma piuttosto fedele ai comandi.
L’attivazione del notebook è semplicissima e, per qualsiasi dubbio o problema, l’assistenza della pagina fb CHUWI-ITALIA è sempre disponibile.

Lo spazio d’archivio in memoria è in linea con la fascia di prezzo ma è comunque possibile sia inserire una micro-sd di supporto da una porta laterale, sia sostituire la flash memory interna attraverso un semplice accesso posto sul fondo.
Sul lato destro della scocca sono presenti una porta USB 2.0, l’ingresso jack audio da 3.5 mm assieme proprio al lettore di schede micro SD (per espandere velocemente la memoria), mentre nella parte sinistra è presente una porta USB 3.0, una mini-HDMI e l’ingresso per il cavo di alimentazione.
Sul fondo, l’accesso separato alla memoria interna.
Connesso alla rete di casa (e non ho la fibra ma una semplice rete a 4g con router mobile..) ci si naviga senza problemi.
In un utilizzo non intensivo (ricerche on line, elaborazione file di scrittura) la batteria mi ha accompagnata per 7 h e 10 ‘.
Si ricarica velocemente e il caricabatterie è davvero molto compatto e leggero.
In virtù proprio della plastica della scocca (che continua in ogni caso a piacermi poco) il notebook pesa meno di una bottiglia grande d’acqua (<1,5 kg)
Occhio solo alle caratteristiche della scheda video, non è un pc nato per il gaming e con alcuni giochi (ad esempio Gwent The Witcher card game) potrebbe essere non compatibile.
In breve, per me è un sì.
La prova del tempo sarà quella definitiva ma per adesso fa esattamente quello che promette.

Loved the built quality of the laptop. The screen is perfect and the packaging is amazing. I would recommend for basic use – Internet, MS office, Emails, youtube etc.
Please don’t buy if you are a gamer and if you need heavy usage. The camera is great and it’s value for money. Battery life is good and the display screen is very well. Sound is nice too. Functionality wise it would perform less than an i3 but it’s good.

Ich habe einen einfachen Laptop für zu Hause und unterwegs gesucht. Ich nutze ihn überwiegend zum surfen, E-Mail schreiben und einfache Office Anwendungen. Ab und zu ein Video oder Film sollte er auch ohne Probleme abspielen können.
Aufgrund des Preises habe ich mich für das Herobook von Chuwi entschieden.
Der Laptop kam gut verpackt an und ich konnte sofort starten. Die Installation ging kinderleicht (kenne mich mit Technik nicht besonders gut aus). Der Computer spricht mit einem und führt so durch alle nötigen Einstellungen.
Positiv:
Der Bildschirm macht für mich und meine Ansprüche einen guten Eindruck. Die Farben sind satt und hell. Es gibt auch keine dunklen Flecken o.ä.
Das Trackpad funktioniert bei mir auch reibungslos und leichtgängig. Kann keine Verzögerung feststellen, wie hier manche berichten.
Skeptisch gegenüber der Tastaturauflage war ich auch aber sie ist gut verarbeitet und liegt perfekt drauf. Es gibt kein verrutschen und schon nach kurzer Zeit bemerkt man sie gar nicht mehr.
Internetseiten und Programme öffnet er schnell.
Der Laptop macht für den Preis auch optisch einen guten Eindruck. Er ist extrem leicht und leise. War mir besonders wichtig für Reisen.
Negativ:
Der Kartenslot ist nur für eine Micro SD Karte geeignet und diese lässt sich nur sehr schwer wieder rausholen. Aber mit einem Adapter alles kein Problem.
Es gibt kein vollwertiges Office Paket (öffnet Dateien nur mit Internetverbindung im Webbrowser). Aber das kann man bei dem Preis sicherlich nicht erwarten.
Videos von einer GoPro konnte er nicht ohne zu stocken abspielen.
Fazit:
Man darf natürlich keine Erwartungen wie an einen Apple oder Ähnliches haben. Aber für den Preis bekommt man ein solides Produkt was die gängigen Anwendungen abdeckt. Besonders das Gewicht und die schnelle Verarbeitung hat mich überzeugt.

I purchased this laptop a few days back. Chuwi is new in India but they are taking the world of affordable and highly relevant laptops by storm, this laptop from chuwi – Herobook pro is having a number of good features which can last you for quite the coming years ahead. Good battery life, moderate time of charging, good number of slots for USB, earphone jack, M.2 sata upgrability support, SD card slot are all some of the most suitable slots for using external devices and upgrading storage.
Highly recommended.

Compré este portátil en octubre del 21 para realizar un máster, y a día de hoy (abril) no puedo estar más contento, después de haberlo usado absolutamente cada día. Muchas dudas antes de comprarlo, lógicamente, porque siempre hay buenas opiniones de 5 estrellas, y de pronto un montón de 1 estrella. Uno no sabe ya si esta amañado o que… Voy a ser muy breve:
– Arranca en segundos. Pesa poquísimo. Es super portable, hace honor a su nombre (portátil).
– Cumple genial con el tema de la batería, con el brillo bajo dura fácilmente 8 horas, tiempo de sobra para no tener que cargarlo hasta que vuelves a casa.
– Para documentos (pdf, word…), edición básica de videos, macros de excel, internet y programas comunes, marcha estupendamente. Cuando tienes muchas cosas abiertas se nota que le cuesta moverse rápido, pero aun así tiene una fluidez de la cual uno no puede quejarse. Si quieres un avión, lógicamente este no es tu portátil. Pero si lo quieres para trabajar en modo oficina, estudiar, o escribir, es perfecto.
– La resolución de la pantalla es correcta, digna de lo que propone.
– El audio sin auriculares sí que es muy malo, puedes escuchar música y asistir a reuniones, pero se nota que en eso hay muy poca calidad. En mi opinión, me parece bien, si con ello han bajado el precio: en medio de una clase no pretendo escuchar nada, y en mi casa tengo aparatos mejores.
– El teclado viene con una funda para convertirlo en español, sin problema, al abrirlo es fácil seguir instrucciones y configurarlo. Sino, en internet hay muchos videos de dos minutos.
Como siempre para estas cosas, todo es muy subjetivo. Hay que saber para que lo quieres, y no llevarte luego una sorpresa si se calienta al instalar un juego, o si esperas escuchar música o videos de calidad. No, es un portátil para estudiar o trabajar sin pensar si la batería se va a acabar o si va a ir lento por abrir muchos archivos y documentos. OJO, no alguien que curre diseñando en 3D con programos pesadisimos (solidWorks); no obstante, puedo decir que he instalado Sketchup (disñeo 3d) y Davinci (edicion de videos), sin problemas. Aunque como digo, no es ahí donde brilla.
Le pongo 4 estrellas, porque 5 es mucho, pero para lo que promete, se merecería 5.

I read a lot of reviews about this laptop, so I was aware that it would be slow and that there would be a heating problem, which is understandable given its low price. You can’t expect it to perform like a laptop that costs 50,000 INR. I did face issues: it is slow, it heats up a little on the left side of the keyboard, the battery backup is not good, and there is problem while watching videos. I bought it because I wanted to use it for browsing and occasionally using MS Office.
After 12 days of usage, I received an update, and when I tried to install it, the laptop wouldn’t turn on. I’m lucky that this happened before the expiration of the replacement period.
I would suggest everyone to buy branded laptops, even if they don’t have Windows 11 or powerful processors and RAM. For 12 days, it worked fine, though it wasn’t on par with an i5 or better processors. If I compare it with my 9 years old I5 5th generation laptop then more or less both are same.
Apart from the product another worst thing is the delivery which takes 1 week. Don’t be under the assumption that we get Amazon’s product before expected date.
I faced the same issue even after getting replacement. This is totally a useless product. If you can use it without updating you can take a risk of buying.
