Hardware wise, the laptop has a great screen, really this laptop’s best feature. There is a decent amount of RAM (16gb) and lots of storage space (1TB). The laptop has good battery life and is lightweight, which helps when using it for an extended period of time. The speakers are also good, especially when watching videos.
The keyboard could be better, it’s a little soft and I miss the crisp feel of an Apple keyboard. The keypad could a LOT better, it’s like a keypad from a decade ago, soft and hard to click. It’s the worst feature of this laptop.
Software wise, Windows is a mixed bag these days, but the laptop has a clean Windows installation and none of MacOS’ ridiculous restrictions in the name of security. The Edge browser is actually really good to use now. Performance is generally good, and laptop stays responsive at all times.
There are Windows 11’s usual annoyances, like the ads and in the menus. The main gripe I have is the slow startup time as well as waking up from hibernation. Apple laptops are much better there.
Overall, for the price I paid (<80K INR), this is a pretty fantastic value. Above 90k, I would question the value of it, given that you can get Macbook Air at those prices. I wanted a Windows laptop because I was sick of the restrictions in MacOS and the price gouging for storage space. But, if you like that OS and don't need a lot of storage, then this laptop is a tough sell above 90k.
