first thing purchase it from asus store rathar than amazon or flipkart for better after sale service they keep refuce to take return if any wrong in the laptop ,there is dot in the laptop i wanted to make return for that but they refuced that its not verifying and when i recive the product its slightly open in the screen top i pressed after its got set there is one year waranty so thats why i keping tha laptop its got any probelm so can get service from them and the product description little misleading that it includes ms office 2021 but there is no ms office ,comes to product its good if get under1 lack
display – decent you get good color sharpness is missing but not so bad
keyboard – good typing experence 1 zone rgb
track pad – good not best
battary – its upto your use case because it has dgpu so bettter battary life use only in igpu you get around 4 to 6 hour
performance – it gives good permonce according to specs mentioned but cpu temp is always reach 95 c so my suggestion dont use turbo use only performance mode it reduces temprature not much performance loss
build quality – i say its good because they mentned militaroy grade as i see it looks good
sound quality -its good not best, speckers are good you get clear sound, it comes with dolby atoms so no problem
some people say thermal not good in my opinon just buy extended warrany after some time from asus you get any problem they help
gaming -you will not get loud fan noice 1080p ultra you can run any game 1440p you need to reduce graphic quality
os- its upto you how you use becuase its windows laptop you cant expect mac like smoothness,becuase windows always gives freedom to customize things, in laptop hardware side laptop as no problem
this is my first expennsive laptop ,i always used under 60k laptop so i feel good using this laptop
webcam – i say very bad becuase i used acer laptop its 55k it has better web cam compared to this

in my opnion its good to purchase in 2025 becuase no rtx 5060 laptop available it may take little time to realese and you get little upgrade like multi framge gen new rt and cuda cores

Awesome battery life as per a gaming laptop, killer performance when plugged in. This heats up a bit, as it’s a lightweight gaming laptop ( while full fledged gaming laptops weighing 2.6 kg, it’s 2.2 kg ), but never seen a performance drop because of heating. Just use a cooling pad or lift it up a bit while gaming.
As per a gaming and productivity laptop, must recommend. RTX 4060 is a beast and combined with i7 13620h, can handle any AAA title at max to high settings at 50-70 fps….

Just go for it while at 95k

I ordered an ASUS TUF F15 (FX507VV-LP287W) laptop from Amazon, expecting a hassle-free purchase experience. However, I was extremely disappointed when I received a defective unit with severe screen bleeding issues and a physical bump near the keyboard.

I immediately requested a replacement within the DOA period (Dead on Arrival policy) on January 29, 2025. Amazon scheduled a technician visit on February 3, 2025, who confirmed the issue and initially assured that a replacement would be processed. But later, Amazon support refused to help and redirected me to ASUS, leaving me stuck between both companies with no proper resolution.

Despite multiple follow-ups with both Amazon and ASUS, I was denied a DOA certificate, and now I’m being forced to visit a service center for a repair on a brand-new laptop—which is completely unacceptable. A friend of mine had a similar issue with HP, and they replaced his laptop without any hassle, but Amazon and ASUS have been making me go in circles.

Amazon’s return and replacement policy for expensive electronics is misleading, and their support team keeps redirecting customers instead of resolving the issue. This has been a horrible experience, and I will think twice before making a high-value purchase from Amazon again.

If you are considering buying a laptop from Amazon, be aware that their return and replacement policies are unreliable! I will be escalating this issue through consumer forums and PG Portal if it is not resolved soon.
