Beware! This listing is wrong. I received a 16GB RAM product and Amazon is took its own time to complete investigation. Now it seems like I will be returning this product wasting time for 2 weeks and not being able to get started with my work. Its shocking the amazon team has not bothered to correct or remove the listing, making them complicit in this customer harassment. You will find other laptops in this price range with 16GB Ram. Please avoid this listing. Thank me later.
