Bought this Skullsaints Ruby Mini PC last year thinking it would be a reliable compact option for my home setup. As someone with a tech background, I was initially impressed by the specs for the price. But over time, the performance has dropped drastically.
Even with minimal software and clean usage, the system has become painfully slow. I’ve done all the usual checks- clean installs, updates, hardware diagnostics, but nothing helps. This isn’t a software issue. It’s clearly due to cheap, low quality components that can’t hold up over time.
Disappointed with this purchase. Expected at least a couple of years of smooth usage but it’s already crawling. Not recommended at all if you’re looking for long-term value.

Excellent performance. Does the daily tasks effortlessly. As I am not hard-core gamers or programmer I don’t feel any lag. Opens everything quickly without any lag. Booting is very quick. I mainly use this for my trading work and opens every app related to quickly.
One drawback I found was the USB port is little bit tight. The other issue was the Mini pc was shutting down abruptly without any warning. I mailed them about the issue and told the me that the issue is with the adapter and they replaced me with a upgraded adapter (at free of cost).
Excellent service and quick response from Electroniks India (till now).

I had taken admission for my son in an online school. Such a school requires any computer with webcam. I have a very high end desktop for my work and therefore needed to buy some small computer like laptop. This mini pc desktop became an obvious choice looking at laptop prices against the combined price of this pc ( Win 11 pro, wifi ) + separate keyboard + 21″ monitor and mouse.

I use 18 month than give d review…after 1 year use d pc every thing is ok but after one year pc has many problems..the not support 2 monitor and u use one monitor d pc was a starting problems this price band not a gud options to buy
