I am happy with this purchase. The performance of the Mini PC is fast, was easy to install, compact, value for money, and has solved most of my issues at home. Just a suggestion: you can try to bundle it along with MS Office.

I have installed Ubuntu server for my API server purpose, it was working well and Auto power ON feature is very helpful to me. Build quality was 👌. But plug was not compatible in india, so we must buy adapter. It was comes with Windows 11.

Best product in this price. No hang, 16gb Ram, 500gb ssd . Good quality. But rbg light is not working . Overall good performance.

However, I have found the process to be extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Despite providing all necessary information and documentation, leaving me without a functional computer . Been using this mini PC for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s super compact but doesn’t compromise on performance. Smooth multitasking, quick boot times, and handles day-to-day tasks effortlessly.
Build quality feels premium and the design is sleek, doesn’t take up space on my desk. I’m using it mainly for coding, media playback, and some light editing, no lags at all so far.
Also, had a small query during setup and the support team responded within a day. That’s rare. Overall, a solid buy if you need something small but capable

I set this up with 8 GB ram and 500Gb nvme. Ubuntu 24. It worked well most of the part. The Ubuntu crashed a few time under high load.
My main use case is to run nextcloud with photo and video storage.
The quality of product is ok, not too sure of the longevity.
