“I got this mini PC to use for my voice-over projects and writing, and it’s been perfect! The N-series processor handles all my daily tasks smoothly, including running software like Audacity for editing audio files, as well as research and browsing, without any lag. The device came with Linux instead of Windows, which took a bit of getting used to, but it’s actually very intuitive and works well for what I need. Compact, quiet, and incredibly efficient—this mini PC has been a fantastic find for my home office!”

it is very bad. i used one month after that it automatic got off .it is not turning on . No support after too many phone call or email . their support call is switched off . totally waste of money due to sevice support they are giving.

It’s a great device and absolutely value for money. build quality is good.. and more importantly performance is great for all productivity and office related work. It’s comes with Linux mint os bt I installed Windows 11 pro and it’s working fine.

Awesome product. I am using for a iot hobby project related to a ai solution. Works seemless. Much better than raspberry 5 which comes at similar cost (when you consider raspi charger, sd card, fan case, etc)

Very good experience with Praho 2.1, installed Zorin OS 17.3, it took only 12.5 GB of space and fast.

I bought it for my father, who uses it for surfing the internet and doing some online trading. He has been using it since December 2024. The processor is fast and the setup is overall good. The support centre was responsive. Remember that if there are any issues, the unit will be shipped to their head office in Mumbai for repairs.
However, the software needs improvement as it is difficult to update the apps. I had to reinstall LibreOffice and Chrome since they were not updating automatically. The company should provide some options for installing clean Linux Mint.

This PC was used primarily for browsing, online classes, video calls and a little photo/video editing (using GIMP and HandBrake) for the last month. There were no major issues and it did not stutter except during video transcoding. It is a good bargain for its price, as long as you (and your workflows) can adapt to Linux.
Update after 4.5 months: The system occasionally freezes, forcing a hard reboot. The (BiWin) NVMe SSD seems to be heating up even under normal usage.
