ROG zephyrus G14 thermals are notorious and difficult to manage due to size and design. The stock CPU/GPU paste and thermal pad substitute gel is not the greatest had the laptop around 12 months so definitely due a clean and new paste.
I was getting 60-70 degree thermals average on certain titles and optimal graphics settings for its spec it is within acceptable ranges at most times unless you bite off more than your laptop can handle but with the cryofuze and K5 Pro thermal pad substitute the averages dropped between 5-15 degrees with an idle drop at around 2-5 degress very happy with the results the thermals are better than when it was brand new with the rubbish stock pastes.
It is not a miracle cure for better thermals or solves the G14 thermal issues with the design i.e hot keyboard lol but is really effective in helping lower the averages.

Laptop’s Performance increased as if purchased a new gaming laptop. Increased CPU, GPU clocks and Fps. Low GPU Temps. For CPU Temps were high but performance didn’t drop. I also applied thermal pads on other imp hardware.

The overall effect of this product is quite good, I had overheating issues with my CPU (i5-12500H) with 92-93 degrees Celsius with 2-3% utilization and after using the product it has dropped to around 50-52 degrees Celsius with the same utilization percentage.

i buy this product for my victus laptop initial days days it seems to be work better compare to pre built company paste ,it maintain the temperature up to 47 to 59.c for normal use , after 3 months it just raise the temperture for normal youtube watch like 70.c so don’t use this product for high end pc or laptop and also noise level increase from the laptop

Super efficient and effective. First I have some doubt to buy which brand by considering some costlier options other than this brand. But after carefully studying I decided to test cooler master thermal paste and now I am completely satisfied. Used with RX6700XT graphics card.

Good for it’s price but degrade faster you need to replace it in few months if your looking for something long lasting go for higher pastes good for price and for lowend pc laptop not for high end overall good experience. You should get it if your in low budget and lowend pc

As far as I can tell, Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme is the only paste that performs similar to this, however it’s like 25 dollars a tube compared to the 8 dollar price of this. I put it on my overclocked Ryzen 5 5600x and it lowered my CPU temperature from over 85 degrees to about 78 degrees Celsius. 10/10 would recommend.
