Only the thermal compound and some instructions will be in the box don’t expect anything else like anything!
But anyways best thermal compound my cpu previous hit 84 avg. now it not crossing 50.
Damn wander why I was wasting my money on Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and with 1mg.

NOTE:My review is long but will surely help you out, please read before you buy!
This is the best thermal paste I have bought yet.
For laptop users, on idle, I do not think there will be that much of an temp drop, but if you see the maximum temperature and average temperature will be decreased by atleast 10-15 degrees (for my case)
I use Asus Vivobook 14 M509DA, it is a office laptop and cooling system along with heat sinks is very bad!
I had used a local thermal paste before and PLEASE DO NOT USE LOCAL THERMAL PASTE, IF YOU HAVE STUDIED SOLID MECHANICS AND FLUID MECHANICS IN PHYSICS, THERE ARE MULTIPLE PARAMETERS U NEED TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE THERMAL PASTE, THAT IS:
1)is the thermal paste electrically conductive? (thermal pastes can be non conductive or conductive electrically, if they are then we need to be extra precautious while applying)
2)Thermal conductivity of the paste, (Very important, if thermal conductivity is above 13-15, its very good, in physical terms, the more the thermal conductivity, the faster and better the heat transfer from your cpu to the heatsink shall take place)
3)The viscosity of thermal paste. (Mid range viscosity / particle size we can say, shall be considered good, if its too viscous it will not be easy to apply and if its too liquid then it will dry up really quick)
Overall, I can say this thermal paste satisfies all the parameters I wrote above!
PC USERS can see a better result SURELY!, idle temperature.
And btw, as the decent temperature is now maintained, I can easily increase the tdp of my R5 3500U and get more performance at stable temperature!
As a laptop user, this is certified but pricey! You get just the thermal paste in a box, nothing else.
And hey also their is authencity check provided by ARTIC itself, because a lot of fake MX-4’s and MX-6’s are being sold online, so make sure you scan the qr code when it reaches to you. That’s all. GO.BUY!

This is the best thermal paste ever. The CPU idles at 30 degrees and barely reaches 55 when playing AAA games at max graphics settings. It is neither too thin nor too thick. I used it on my i5 14400F CPU and used the X pattern with 4 dots in open areas which is the best pattern to go for. You don’t need a spatula and spread it. Just go for it without a second thought.

I used Arctic MX-4 on my gaming PC, and I’m very satisfied with the performance. Temperatures dropped by 5–10°C compared to the old paste. It’s very easy to apply, and the texture spreads nicely. I also like that it’s non-conductive, so it’s safe even if a little extra spills out. No curing time needed — it works right away!
Great for both beginners and experienced users. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality and reliable thermal paste at a fair price.

Upgraded from 5600 to 5700x3D on x470 board. I didn’t even need to spend 7k on a liquid cooler. Just old stock wraith prism cooler from 2700x. When testing for DOA without any paste, temps reached 88 quite fast and started throttling during windows10 boot up. After installing with this, games like Cyberpunk, RDR, ZZZ, Satisfactory, Stalker, Metro, GTA, ArmA, Dying light 2….all played 1440p, 171fps(Interpolated), yet temperature always under 80! Mostly stayed 60/70ish. Which was a big surprise coming from youtube benchmarks, considering not liquid cooler. Absolutely 0 throttling with default PB Overclocking. And I still get to enjoy the cool mirage effects from the wraith while giving plenty airflow to GPU(from back), while keeping comparatively smaller cabinet. Such low heat kept CPU fan always under 85% and noise wasn’t noticible while gaming.

Ho acquistato la ARCTIC MX-4 per rinnovare la pasta termica del mio portatile da gaming e… risultato eccellente! Appena applicata ho notato subito un calo delle temperature sia in idle che sotto stress, con una media di 8-10°C in meno rispetto alla pasta stock. Un vero toccasana, soprattutto per chi spinge CPU e GPU come nel mio caso.
La consistenza è perfetta: non troppo densa, si stende facilmente e senza creare pasticci. Anche se non sei un esperto di modding o manutenzione, applicarla è davvero semplice. Non è elettricamente conduttiva, quindi zero rischi se ne finisce un po’ fuori zona. Inoltre, dura nel tempo, quindi non serve riapplicarla ogni pochi mesi.
Perfetta per PC da gaming, portatili, console, e in generale per chi vuole il massimo raffreddamento possibile senza dover usare paste liquide o complesse da gestire.
Un prodotto che consiglio a occhi chiusi: silenzio, prestazioni migliori e temperature più basse… cosa vuoi di più da una pasta termica?

My temperature was going to 80 to 95 before doing heavy transfer gaming, after using arctic mx 4 this my mix is staying in 70 to max and I am very happy with this product.

I got some of this a few months after purchasing a Dell XPS 9570 with 6 core i7. The CPU would hit about 83 Degrees C under high load on all cores and with GPU running hard. After re-pasting the CPU and GPU with this stuff, I no longer hit thermal throttling of any sort. Its a great product and re-pasting took minutes, literally. What I can say is you can take this a step further and add thermal pads to the VRM’s and under-volt (-190mV currently) and the system runs perfectly. Battery life when on light load has doubled, up to 9 hours with 80% screen brightness on “Better Performance” mode in Windows 10. A lot of this comes from the re-pasting with this thermal compound, I was under volting before and couldn’t achieve this level of thermal headroom! Great product, large amount in the tube and frankly you could probably do about 10 laptops with the amount you get.

La pasta térmica es muy importante para el trabajo óptimo de tu consola , ya llevaba dos y medio con mi nintendo switch y aunque aún tenía algo de pasta térmica en buen estado , opté por cambiar la pasta y claro aprender en el proceso , eso sí , me la rife porque no soy técnico pero con confianza y un vídeo tutorial me quedó bien
