Was initially skeptical of benefits, read on Reddit that thermal paste wasn’t always the magic solution….
But this has been THE SOLUTION for me. Dell laptop was overheating badly, reaching 105॰C and more sometimes. After applying thermal paste, Maximum has been 5 degrees less, average temperature is 10 degrees lower.
Really recommend to try this. This is a bit costly, but you need only a tiny amount, and the results are worth it.
Everything in description was included (Paste and applicator).
EDIT: BEWARE OF THE PUMP OUT EFFECT. The paste worked fine initially, but after a few days, temperatures were back to before. This paste is not suitable for laptops due to frequent high heat cycles.

This is 100% original, got it confirmed by a friend from Finland, who is expert in console hardware, i used a cheap TP before using this for my ps4, the noise was so bad, replaced it with this TP, and i cant believe my console made 0 to no noise, i even thought my console is dying or fan is not spinning ( not exaggerating) , it was that quiet, played Cyberpunk before applying and after applying, its super silent, must buy for console owners

Very much excellent in quality, my laptop’s went from 97 degrees to 83 degrees while gaming and 56 to 43 while idle the cpu throttled but within a second or two, it went normal and the throttling stopped it’s solid for its price.

He usado la ARCTIC MX-4 para reemplazar la pasta térmica en un Ryzen 5 3600 y el resultado fue excelente. La temperatura bajó entre 6 y 8 grados en carga respecto a la pasta original. Se aplica muy fácil, especialmente con la espátula incluida, y la consistencia es ideal incluso si no tienes mucha experiencia. Efectivamente es una de las mejores opciones de pasta térmica
