So rarely is something as easy as plugging it in and it working.
I have a dell laptop, I plugged all of my items into this dock (HDMI, Keyboard/mouse, webcam, apple watch, airpods) and when plugged in, everything lit up on the first try, and keeps my laptop charging.
Using daily for the last few weeks with no issues.
Perfect addition to the setup, would strongly recommend.

I switched from HP G5 dock to the Dell Thunderbolt dock to use my Surface Laptop 4 because the G5 does not have thunderbolt 4 ports. The only issue I have with the Dell dock is it’s cable is not as long as the HP dock otherwise it’s the best.

The port works well with my computer, charges it nicely, can handle multiple monitors and multiple devices plugged in at the same time. I lament that my computer’s on its last legs… one of the reasons I got the thing… a USB port is dead and the power cord wouldn’t stay in…. keys are chipped.
BUT! This is snug in my Thunderbolt port and has given new life to my machine. Nothing an external keyboard and mouse can’t help with… and with multiple monitors, I can keep my laptop closed.

I purchased this to be ready when 5K OLED displays 5120x2160p will be available.
Can’t even display 3440×1440, a joke.

Thunderbolt Cable is good.
Good connectivity options.
Does not makes any noise.

They claim it works with Mac m1 and dual monitor but it does not. And there is no option to return. Dont buy this if you are using Mac

Mine is not very good and when on the power light doesn’t blink or stay on probably is defective or used also Will not work without a power supply, and heats up but inner fan keeps it cool all ports work.

Third rate stuff. Didn’t even power on!! And the Dell site has ZERO support for Mac
