Everything working fine but product was not in a package of Amazon it was half opened and was in the original box. It was in good condition tho but without the amazon package it was unsafe and also I did not get my receipt. But anyways the fan does not make any sound and is very quiet and it is very cool air. You can definitely go for it.

It’s a good product but after 7-8 months it’s switch has stopped working now I cannot turn on or off the RGB of pad, and sometimes it gives creaking sound you have to place laptop and adjust until it get stop.

Got a defective product. Fans were not working. Tried to replace/refund through Amazon where I was directed to contact Zebronics directly where they asked me to go to a service center a few states away. Bad product and bad customer service
