I’ve been using this helmet for the past 7 months. The removable inner sponge makes it easy to wash and maintain cleanliness and hygiene. The air ventilators help prevent sweating, which is a big plus during long rides. The Coolex lining in the helmet helps reduce the impact of direct sunlight, keeping it more comfortable.
Overall, it’s a good product and I would recommend it.

Helmet is good for inter city rides…build quality is also good…sun blind does the job perfectly
You may find a little uneasiness while wearing it but i think it is beacuse of the new product, may losen up a liitle after some time
Now we cannot compare it with full face helmets of good quality as this is basically a half helmet with flip up function.
It is mentioned that the front part will not provide any additional safety or does not provode chin protection🙃
Therefore for short rides or for mostly inter city travel it will be perfect…you have the ease to flip up the front part in traffic or conjusted areas for air or just for the sake of cool breezing air on ur face🍃😆
For long rides and highway touring go for a full face good quality helmet which will can provide full face protection

The fitting is not tight. I have another steelbird half face helmet, even though the sizes are same the fitting is very different. This one is sloppy.
The wind/glass sheild is very poorly made. It shuts close due to wind force when you go above 80kmph and flies open half way when you go above 100 to120.
If you plan to never ride above 50 to 60 kmph go ahead, but for anything faster get something else.
You get what you pay for, which is, a poorly made helmet.

Decent helmet,
if you are wearing glasses the given smoke visor may hinder, please avoid this model, if you wear glasses.
Chin guard is too flimsy, they might have used decent material.
Battle green Color is dark shade than shown, actually i liked it.
padding is less, choose right size, so that the head is not too loose.
most obvious reason for picking this flip helmet is we can wear this helmet within removing the glasses.
There is no refund, it is disappointing service from amazon.

The product is awesome, especially the black smoke visor which adds as sunglasses. The fit is extra large which is suitable for any face, therefore the comfort is superb. The inner padding and outer protection shell is very strong and top notch. Steelbird are highly professional band and I thank them for making this sturdy and reliable helmet. I highly recommend anyone to go for this model. Don’t look at the price tag, it’s very cost efficient.
