Hi Amazon ,
that we have to contact you to intervene as we are not getting any warranty from green Ev and we are just calling them listening to there excuses some times they change the wiring connecting the battery and next time they say you have to buy a new charger we again bought it from there service center for 1100 where as the Scotty was under 6 months warranty, if this is the kind of service under warranty then god know what they would do after the warranty is over. And some time they say it’s because of a horn the Scotty is not running at all after 1 kms it stops even after charging it for 6 hours as recommended. Green Ev has the worst service and worst battery and Scotty wiring inside have many faults and I would request Amazon to discontinue its selling over Amazon site as they would spoil the reputation of Amazon . The employees are rude and would only give new excuses one after the other for not solving the problem and there after will stop picking the calls . Every time will ask you to make video and send and next day would not pick call. This company does not have an operational customer care number and when contacted on what’s app one reply will come that we will contact you shortly and there after no reply. After every two day we have the Scotty not working due to some or the other reason and every time we call that employee who is in Ss tower gurgaon Sec 49 for service he ask us to again raise a complaint through what’s app and wait till two weeks for them to respond that also after emailing them which they do.
I would request Amazon to get me a refund from this company and ban them selling over Amazon.
