Don’t buy this scooter directly from seller EOX.In case you need it buy.Buy through AMAZON so that you can raise a complaint of ask for replacement in case of problem.Now I have purchased directly from seller thinking I will get New pieces but that’s not happened and no response as I have received fully rusted Handle full of scatratches etc.such a poor quality

Totally rabbished product.damage product was dlevared,dont buy this product ,company totally make fullish to buy this product.totaly use less product.,front suspension not working properly ,its a wastage of money.

I purchased this for my daughter in law. It’s working fine. Charging is quick. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from them regarding their service agent’s number.

When Received:
Value for money. Just received the product and gave it to my school going daughter. Delivered intact and without any damages. Only mirror was to be assembled. Long term review will give later. Comes with charger(Yet to Test).
Vehicle is as promised. Adequate power when tested by myself in apartment basement. 3 power modes.
Regarding spares and service centres need to check but I believe this can be serviced in any electric scooter workshop.
After 2 months:
Excellent so far… stylish and value for money.
Daughter (12 years) uses it and loves it.
Longest ride tested so far: 21 Kms absolutely no problem except for a bit of vibration due to small tyre size.
Battery: Single charge – frequent but short distance usages + stand by – lasted 2 weeks. But went off without any warning. Charged for 4 hours and back to performance.
Has central lock + alarm+ remote
Caution:
While high pressure washing it’s better to cover handlebar switches….buzzer started buzzing whenever ignition was turned on after wash….lasted for a day then I guess once water dried up it became normal.
But using in rain is absolutely no problem so far.
Suggestion to Manufacturer: Should give GPS tracking as optional accessory.
Should provide details on Service network/Options and how/where to order spare parts should the need arise.
Final Opinion:
People looking for a reliable stylish scooter without driving license or registration requirement at fair pricing can definitely go for this.

The bike is cure and light. However build quality is not that great ! The cost is on higher side compared to other options available in the market.
