Overall satisfied with the performance of the product for what is expected from this scooter. I have been using this for about 2 weeks now.
– good enough vehicle for multipe short travels in a day.
– looks and feel of a normal scooter for a nonRTO (max 25kms speed) category, and with safety features is a great feel/ satisfactory.
– can carry a pillion rider unlike motorized cycles
– almost smooth ride; but need to adjust pickup after stopping in slow/bumper-to-bumper traffic situations; need to still experience how it will be on a slanting/ hill ascend stops.
– in patchy roads, cracking/jumping sounds comes, as it seems due to battery fitments are loose.. though it improved after tighting the nuts, still it jumps up and down sometimes it seems. need to check again with some cushioning. Cracking/rattling sound also due to the nameplate fixed on backside.
– need to mention and appreciate the customer service or product support team.
They (AdityaRaj) readily came on video call to explain the functioning of the product and shared a catalogue.

what can be improved?
– response to acceleration could be better in stop and go situations, though t
his is not a serious problem, as one need to use the 3 modes appropriately.
– better option or a footrest for pillion riders.

I ordered the EOX Electric Scooter through Amazon, and it was delivered on 28th May 2025 by Blue Dart Courier. The packaging was excellent, and I received the scooter in brand new showroom condition – not a single scratch. Delivery was made on the exact date promised by Amazon, which was very satisfying.

The scooter is being used by a 22-year-old boy staying with us, who works as a Swiggy delivery partner. He has been riding it daily since 28th May 2025, and the experience so far has been exceptional.
