Shampoo is good but is on milder side compared to other ayurdvedic shampoos. For those with oily scalp or play/exercise a lot, need 2-3 washes with this. However, it’s always better to opt for ayurvedic shampoos over chemical ones (strong ones are available like patanjali). Delivery by amazon was on-time.
