Got a fake product after spending almost 1k. It had no outer or inner seal. Opened to see the contents of the tub- white pearly cream that feels like a waxy face cream. Extremely disappointed with the product as it is not returnable. Applied a bit to my hair to test- whatever it is, it is definitely not meant to be applied to hair. Had to shampoo hair again after applying this as hair turned hard and waxy. Amazon, please work verifying authenticity of the sellers and quality of products these dubious sellers are cheating consumers with.

The hair mask is very good. I believe that the product is original, even though the price is slightly cheaper. It has been produced in India, I have double checked the price on official L’Oréal professional (India) website, and it’s cheaper there as well. The product has arrived in good condition, the texture is fantastic!

Product is not sealed with Induction wad. Any one can use and replace the cream. My suggestion is sealed the product with induction wad for customer satisfaction.
