Though vinod brand never disappoints you, this time I am a bit. As claimed…cool handles, the kadhai handle doesn’t stay cool while cooking. And for that reason given 4 star instead of 5.Rest all good, the thickness, finish,shine… it’s deep too.

I have not seen a kadai with such a smooth deep rounded bottom even with induction support. I love traditional woks and knowing that it is much safer to cook in stainless steel i wanted a good sized wok for both gas and induction but with rounded bottom and this is it !! Cooking in this will be a breeze. Bye bye other non stick cookware. Always prefer steel !
