Excellent Lg product. Our first buy washing machine is this only. 👌 The cloths were cleaned very well…also LG service is very good.Go for it. .

Not satisfied with this machine and either with LG customer support. Earlier cotton wash cycle was taking 1.20 hours but after using it around six months now same wash cycle is taking 3.37 hours. And moreover service engineers coming to rectify this problem don’t know anything and just justifying that this is not a problem and machine is working as per the program and cotton cycle takes more than 3 hours. But they don’t have answers to my question why earlier it took only 1 hour 20 minutes.
