The price should be lower — I bought it here for ₹2200. For ₹3000, I could get something even better than this. It’s perfect otherwise, but not worth it for the price.

This is my first time using protein powder, so I decided to go with Optimum Nutrition (ON) because it’s the most trusted brand. My friend had used it in the past, which influenced my choice. The first thing I noticed was the absence of a scoop in the package. However, after digging deeper into the box, I found the scoop buried within the whey protein.
The second thing I noticed was the taste. Since this was my first experience, I thought it might taste like a milkshake, but it was different. Initially, I found the taste odd, but I got used to it. It’s not overly sweet, but you can distinctly taste the chocolate. The sweetness level is similar to that found in raw khawa (mawa).
One day, I decided to mix it with milk and half a spoon of sugar, and it tasted delicious! It was better than any chocolate shake I’ve ever had. However, that was the only time I mixed it with milk since I was trying to lose weight.
Thirdly, I’ve been feeling more energetic and don’t tire as easily. I can lift more during workouts. I’m not sure if it’s the whey protein or something else, but I definitely feel more energetic during exercise.
Overall, it’s a good protein for beginners. I also don’t feel bloated, and importantly, I have fewer sugar cravings since I started using the whey protein, which is a plus if you’re trying to lose weight

It’s very dfclt to mix homogenously in water or milk, hot or cold. Gives an impression tht the product is not genuine. I did not have this issue with the product i used to import when it was allowed.

This is my 1st ever protein powder and I had a good experience with this. I had it with water only and taste was good. It really helped my workouts because I was feeling the small improvement in muscle growth and also lesser pains at night. The only downside is each scoop has around 110mg Cholesterol
