Good, have been using it for months.
It tastes and digests better if properly consumed. For me it worked the best in recipes like overnight oats etc. rather than protein shake. It doesn’t give you bloating and is smooth to digest.
It is not tasty, but all of the whey proteins have similar taste, Choco Hastlenut is the tastiest one for me by far. It is comparably cheap, trustable and quality whey, so go for it!
Keep in mind before expecting something from protein supplements:
1. They are just helping you to reach your protein intake and they don’t magically increase muscle or strength.
2. The taste of any protein product is not that good.
3. It is better to fuse them with recipes rather than drinking it like a shake.

I’ve tasted sweet things. I’ve had birthday cakes made entirely of frosting. I’ve had maple syrup straight from the bottle. But this protein powder? It’s on another level.
To put this in perspective, let me tell you about my mom’s tea. Now, my mom doesn’t make tea—she summons it from the sugar dimension. Imagine taking a glass of sugar and accidentally dropping two teaspoons of tea into it. That’s her recipe. It’s so sweet, your lips stick together like they’re negotiating a peace treaty. And still, somehow, this protein powder makes that tea taste like black coffee.
If you’ve ever said, “This could use a bit more sweetness,” this is your dream. For the rest of us… maybe mix it with kale and prayer.
Otherwise a really good amount of protien at a really good price.

Honest Review: Asitis Nutrition Atom Whey (Double Rich Chocolate)
Switched from Optimum Nutrition (ON) – Disappointed
I recently switched from Optimum Nutrition (ON) to Asitis Atom Whey because I wanted to try an Indian brand that’s affordable and trustworthy. I bought the Double Rich Chocolate flavor, expecting similar quality to my April batch.
But unfortunately, the June 2025 batch is a letdown:
🔴 Major Issues:
• ❌ The flavor doesn’t taste like “Double Rich Chocolate” at all — it feels bland and slightly off.
• ❌ The texture is very coarse and grainy, unlike the previous batch which was smooth and fine like ON.
• ❌ Mixability is poor – even after shaking hard, clumps remain.
• ❌ There’s a huge quality difference between the April and June batches of the same product.
I chose this brand for being Indian and budget-friendly, but such inconsistency in flavor and quality is disappointing. A protein brand should maintain batch-to-batch reliability, especially when people consume it for health.
✅ April Batch – Smooth, fine, good taste, great ON alternative
❌ June Batch – Poor mixability, wrong flavor, gritty texture
