Received the CPU today. It is only an assembly of parts in a cabinet. There is no pre installed software of any kind. Not even DOS. There are no internal or external antennas either for Wi-fi or Bluetooth. So it is an otherwise dead and dysfunctional unit unless you install everything from the OS itself and before doing anything you have to run to the market to purchase wi-fi and Bluetooth dongle.
Additional cost of genuine OS and dongles should always be kept in mind before buying this dead horse and therefore this purchase becomes totally over priced and could not be recommended.
Regarding build quality I will eventually come to know and will update accordingly.
But there is only one star at present for this reason.
