For the price, it’s really very good. Worth your money for sure. All the small niggles people have mentioned are true to some extent but hey you’re paying less than 7k for a projector! Don’t expect the moon. But it is a star in its own right. Coming from an egate i9, which was actually an eyesore at 720p, atom 3x is a delight.
Build-solid, base is actually very stable, no wobbling 9/10
Picture quality -crisp, 8/10 …no adjustment tho 🙁
Colour- quite accurate, 8/10
Keystone auto- works really well, 9/10
Miracast- works like a charm, at least with Samsung.
Apps- max res for Prime or Netflix is 720p! That is the real bummer. And you can’t cast these apps. Will have to use firestick I think- 5/10
Sound-6/10 nothing to write home about. But via earphones it’s really good.
Connectivity- wifi, blutooth, usb, hdmi, earphones jack, all the good stuff. 10/10
All in all of you’re buying your first projector, and don’t have a big budget, don’t think just buy!

I’m really happy with the EGate Atom 3X — it’s one of the best projectors you can get in this price range. The picture quality is impressive for the cost, and it’s packed with features like Android OS, Wi-Fi, and HDMI support.
However, the only area that needs improvement is the remote connectivity. Sometimes it’s a bit unresponsive or needs to be aimed very precisely to work, which can be inconvenient during use.
Overall, it’s a great buy for anyone looking for an affordable and feature-rich home projector!

The item works as described and works well. The picture quality and brightness is particularly good (only if there’s pitch darkness in the room). Colours are good, auto keystone works well, the projector connects to the wifi really fast, blutooth range is good and this has no problem playing FullHD movies via a USB drive.
I haven’t tried playing 4K videos but I don’t think it’ll have any problem playing those videos. The remote is also good, you don’t need to point it directly at the projector for it to work. I point at the ‘screen’ and it works.
I use a wall as screen and there’s good sharpness from as far as 9 feet; I am sure a dedicated projector screen will be even better. I use this to play educational videos for my toddler and she’s happy to have such a big screen! The speaker, though tinny and lacking any bass, is good for a small room.
However it cannot replace a TV. If you have a 55 inch or bigger TV, you will miss the sharpness.
Recommended if you want a big ‘screen’ and can get pitch darkness in your room.

I recently purchased the EGATE projector and I must say I’m extremely impressed! The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, even in moderately lit rooms. Setup was super easy and the interface is very user-friendly. I’ve been using it for movies, streaming and even presentations ….. it performs flawlessly every time.
The built-in speaker is decent for casual use and there are multiple ports (HDMI, USB, etc.) that make it easy to connect a laptop, Fire Stick, or even a phone. It’s compact and lightweight, making it ideal for home use or carrying to different locations.
If you’re looking for an affordable and reliable projector, this EGATE model is definitely worth it. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would gladly recommend it to anyone considering a projector in this price range!
