I got this vehicle from Khivraj Elixir Chetak Indiranagar Bangalore. The communication, service and Product explanation was excellent. I would recommend and suggest to buy it. As promised the vehicle is very promising, it is as per my expectation

Within just five weeks of usage, the vehicle completely failed — it would neither start nor unlock, despite using the fob key system. After reaching out for service assistance, I was informed that this was likely due to a failure in the auxiliary battery. This left me unable to even unlock or move the vehicle, which had to remain stranded outside my home overnight.
This is highly concerning for the following reasons:
The Chetak 3501 does not have a physical key or manual override, unlike other Chetak models.
In case of a battery or system failure, customers are left completely helpless, even unable to move the vehicle to a safer place.
This is not just an inconvenience — it is a critical safety and usability flaw in the vehicle’s design.

Mixed results with the vehicle. PDI are worse by the dealer. A lot of issues with the App especially for IOS so keep in mind when you planning to take TecPac. A lot of features aren’t working on the latest version of iOS where service centre and customer support are clueless and in a position to provide resolution rather doing a timepass with us. Build Quality is good but not upto the Bajaj standards as we own a lot of Bajaj vehicles in past starting from the Legendary Chetak 12V to till recent discovery etc like up. A lot of inconsistent panel gaps. Could see the recent manufactured ones are better in the gaps and offered few fitting enhancement with push latches on footboard areas. Sure it’s a value for money product if your daily commute are more. Easy of use but it will take few days to get adjusted from ICE to EV driving style. Overall a Ok product with these App issues and service quality.
Update :
Still the TecPac features arent working and the Customer Care \ Service Centre are unable to fix post 100 + days of the issues reported. Pathetic service from Bajaj – I dont have words to explain this disaster

Product is good without tech pack.. bcoz i have seen many issues with tech pack and seller is not responsible for fix and service.
I suggest do not go with tech pack waste of money..
Driver is comfortable.
Also don’t purchase through online like amazon or flipkart.. they are not responsible for delivery and seller is not responsible..
When product will be delivered.
Overall customer service is very poor.

I bought 3501 model on jan 25 Per 20 days experience half of the days my scooter was I. Service Center only , first eco mode and any mode 1 km 1% drop overall max u will get less the 100kms arai reported 153 kms minimum expected 120kms but i didn’t get it 2 board noise coming 3. On keeping speed Same above 40kms cracks sound coming no solution till now . 4. Today suddenly scooter not started while checking auxiliary battery low and after jump start totally it gone service Center told will see it on 17th Feb not sure what went wrong totally I disappointed about the product quality , Bajaj testing with users it’s same on it , I came to buy Chetak only for quality and brand name as ola have damaged same reason now I could see same Chetak also technicians also not aware entire new product services they are learning with us, another aim the dealer side they gave poor quality helmat I am not accepted but they are not bothered about it. Bajaj need to care on all the reported one as I am the first batch deliveries…

Next amount service center tec pac 5000/- No helmet, no seats cover, no body cover, no key cover, no screen guard, no first charger.40% charging time 150 minutesFitting not good.Within seven days of using the Chetak Scooty, the front wheel came loose and fell on the road. Due to which the scooty fell and the front body was slightly broken and stained. My humble request to you is that you should get the fitting done by a good engineer. I have no regrets about it being on my body but I, Shri Asit Kumar Bera, am very distressed due to the stains on the scooty. When will I go and get my scooty repaired by a good engineer. It would be very good for me if it is on Sunday.
