This seems to be a decent embroidery kit overall. I have done a good amount of it, but not totally finished it yet. The supplies are neatly packaged in the box and easy to begin the project. If it is truly a beginner kit, I think having a step-by-step order on how to tackle things and what stitch to utilize (by name) for each flower and leaf would be better. I like that the stitch guide shows things fairly well. I did reference a YouTube video to confirm how to do the circle roses. The colors of the floss do not always seem like the same ones in the photos, but I know screens and photos can show things differently, but even from the photos in the package and the floss included they do not fully match up. The drawn design on the fabric is clear. The fabric could really stand to be larger, thicker, and less shred-prone, as the project is not totally finished yet, and the fraying edges are getting very close to the edge of the hoop. My upper elementary aged daughter is somewhat new at this skill, but she has been practicing on this kit as well, and because she knew most of the stitches already, she is being quite successful and having fun with it. If you are looking for a kit to practice your stitches, this one is a good choice. It is not too full of items to stitch that you will be overwhelmed. It is relaxing and good kit for a non-screen hobby.

I’ve always wanted to try embroidery, and this kit was the perfect way to start. The instructions are super easy to follow, and the landscape design is absolutely beautiful.
It’s a fun, relaxing activity and comes with everything you need to get going. Great for beginners—I’m already looking forward to starting another one!

I’m more impressed with this in person. This is a well put together little project kit. It comes with a booklet that explains in detail 17 different embroidery stitches, with photos for each. If that isn’t enough, at the back of the booklet, they have a QR code for video tutorials. The thread colors are even nicer than I expected. It also includes nippers, needles and a needle threader.
There’s not a thing you need to get started that isn’t in this box. The hoop is a bit basic, but for the price, I am extremely satisfied.
I thought when looking at the pictures that the words in the center would just be a dark black print but it is the same light ink as the rest of the print. It doesn’t seem to specify that you stitch over the letters, and there is a chart to tell you which stitches to use where, so I guess it’s up to you. I think I would simply use satin stitch over the letters. There is no black thread (and honestly, I didn’t like the stark black letters in the photos anyway), but there is a dark green.
Strangely, the fabric was already in the hoop when it arrived which isn’t normal. I am not sure why they chose to send it that way. The fabric is not taut, but still, it’s weird.
All in all, I like this little kit. It’s a good refresher on basic embroidery stitches and will make a nice gift when finished.

This Embroidery kit comes in a well designed box with the mountain image on the front as well as a contents list. Inside it has thin paper sealed around the contents giving an impression of a quality item. Within this the pre printed fabric is already tensioned in its hoop, with the coloured threads neatly arranged in their own package and a cardboard envelope with the embroidery tools. The tools included are 2 needles, a tool to help you thread your needles as well as thread cutters. The kit includes clear instructions for threading your needles as well as how to complete the satin stitch used for the design. The box has 18+ as the suggested age but older teenagers would be able to follow the clear instructions to complete this too. This is a really lovely kit that has been well designed, well thought through and would make a great gift with everything you need to complete a bright colourful mountain image.

This kit is OK. The kit has everything you need, the floss is nice to work with, the instructions on satin stitch are helpful. BUT There’s a few things about it that are pretty annoying. For starters, the image in the hoop is in mirror image to the picture in the instructions and box. Which makes following the pattern really difficult. Also there are ONLY instructions on threading the needle and satin stitch. No instructions on starting, knots, ending a thread. Nothing. If you’re an absolute beginner, you will be unable to complete this project without a healthy amount of Google. The instructions teach you one stitch and then read “follow the image for colors and fill up the design”. THATS IT! Disappointing instructions and hard to follow the pattern but a cute kit otherwise. Also the colors are totally different from online. But I did finish the project. They give you plenty of floss, I had extra of every color which was convenient. I hate kits that barely supply enough materials.
