Extremely Disappointed – Received Faulty Laptop
I purchased the Asus VivoBook 15 from Amazon, and after just opening it, I noticed a black patch on the left side of the screen. I tried updating the system and checking for any software issues, but it’s clear the display itself is faulty.
For a product that costs nearly ₹50,000, this is completely unacceptable. It’s extremely disappointing to receive a defective device right out of the box.
I expected better quality and service from both Asus and Amazon. This experience has left me extremely frustrated, and I would not recommend this product to anyone. Please be cautious before buying.
