Very bad product from such a big company.
One week after installation product outdoor unit stopped working and now service center is saying the motor is not working and need to change. That also they need to order and it will take 4 days. After spending huge amount still with out ac and they are not ready to replace faulty product instead repair it. I have voltas and other company installed but never faced issue. Do not buy this product as product is bad and company support is pathetic. At the time of installation they will charge you for every thing and then no support.
I want to return this product but no option of doing so.

A decent aur conditioner… Suitable for a room which isn’t exposed to direct harsh sunlight from West or south direction…
If the room is exposed to direct sun light then cooling wouldn’t be that effective…
Best for the rooms of size upto 100-120 sq ft… With less sunlight exposure…

Know and review before buying. I blindly trusted the brand, it really disappointed. Cooling not at all effective even when it was set at 16*c. Outdoor unit is very noisy. My next room is having a Hitachi the distinction and difference can be felt instantly. Pricewise , capacity, tonnage , bee, all are same. But performance not at all satisfying even after running for half an hour the cooling was not felt as expected. Room size 70-80 sq ft. Installation guys need training and etiquettes. Room cleaning , dusting I had to do. Installation of outdoor unit could have been fitted better, spoilt my exterior view which is a river / garden facing balcony. Overall never never again to go for this brand.
