recently purchased the Hitachi 1.5 Ton Class 3 Star Inverter Split AC (Ice Clean, Xpandable+) and have been using it for a few weeks now. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the cooling performance, energy efficiency, and the features it offers.

The 1.5 Ton capacity is perfect for my medium-sized room (around 150 sq. ft.). It cools the room efficiently within minutes and maintains a consistent temperature throughout. Delievery by Amazon
Iam serving in Armed forces as an officer and during the scorching summer my spouse booked the product from Amazon on 26th May at that time I was posted in JnK and you know the situation there the product delivered me on 17th of June even after my 02 requests to the Amazon customer care for early delivery they totally discard my request.
Installation by Hitachi service
When we booked the AC that’s a prepaid order and at the time of booking the installation package booked at Rs 599 plus GST. after delivery service personnel reached my home within 20 hrs and installed the AC perfectly but charged Rs 2499 (installation- ₹1499 & ₹1000) which is totally different prices I then called to Amazon care for the same that why the guys charging more money but they don’t help me all I am totally disappointed from Amazon care.

Cooling Performance
The 1.5 Ton capacity is perfect for my room. It cools the room efficiently within minutes and maintains a consistent temperature throughout. I don’t feel a dip in performance.
Energy Efficiency of the product is seems good enough.
Noise Levels.
overall the noise levels are normal.

Cons
There are no display on the indoor unit.
Wifi connectivity is not available.

However once again I requesting to Amazon care please improve your services and also take care of your customer don’t brake their trust.
