Installation technician collected Rs. 6000 by getting us to pay his pal. Then falsely registered AC already installed in his service centre records. Upon complaining to Voltas absolutely no installation was carried out and Voltas did not take back the AC still lying in fully packed boxes after 10 days. Amazon refuses to attend calls and Voltas is not coming for Installation. DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON. DO NOT BUY FROM VOLTAS. I’ve just had to buy installation services again and still no guarantee that it will get done. STAY AWAY FROM AMAZON. STAY AWAY FROM VOLTAS.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a significant discrepancy in the recent order I placed with Amazon, which has caused considerable confusion and inconvenience.
On 19 May 2024, I ordered a 1.5 ton inverter air conditioner through the Amazon platform. The product listing clearly indicated a 1.5 ton AC, and based on this information, I proceeded with the purchase. As first-time buyers of an air conditioner and regular patrons of Amazon, we trusted the accuracy of the product description and made our selection accordingly.
However, upon receiving the delivery on 22 May 2024, I discovered that the air conditioner supplied is, in fact, a 1.0 ton unit, not the 1.5 ton unit that was advertised and ordered. This discrepancy has not only caused confusion but also considerable inconvenience, as we specifically required a 1.5 ton unit for our needs.
We checked again in the ordered, the specification mentioned 1.5 ton Inverter AC and 1.0 ton AC, this is cause of confussion. The discrepancy between the product title and the actual product received has led to confusion and dissatisfaction, especially considering our trust in Amazon’s product listings. As loyal customers, we rely on accurate product information to make informed purchasing decisions, and this oversight has resulted in an unsatisfactory experience.
Therefore, I kindly request an urgent resolution to this matter. We would like to arrange for the return or replacement of the incorrectly delivered air conditioner with the correct 1.5 ton unit as originally ordered.
We value the service and reliability that Amazon usually provides, and we hope that this issue can be swiftly resolved to restore our confidence in your platform.
