Excellent product !Saves energy since 6 in 1.Getting from Authorised supplier can lead to fruitful result.Even copper pipe is available unlike bthe feedbacks I read.Only charges of instalment are non inclusive and comes to around 3 k.
However discounts with credit card fetched me much more..

15 june 2025 buying price 35,999 but I got it at 33,999 (-2,000) discount by using one time payment through PNB credit card.
Product is great in build quality.
Very low sound, feels like fan is running on the speed of 2.
Overall great experience but yes for installation required follow ups from the customer support.
Thanks LG. Another LG product now in my home.

EDIT: On reading the other reviews, I can see people have been charged exorbitant fees for core cutting. My installation guys did not charge anything for that – my AC was installed for around 1700 Rs total, not 7-8k like the others. Best to check with your neighbours on the quality of the service team in your area.
LG has the best installation team. Compared to Lloyd which is a 1/10 our experience here was a 9/10. Very professional installation team who properly fitted pipes, installed stand, ran wire through the room etc.
Spend the extra money on your peace of mind and go for it. With Indian brands like Lloyd, Voltas etc. the customer service hassle after the fact is not worth it. With bank discount the price for me was only 1-2k more expensive than those other brands.

Build Quality is Good.
I done order on 20/05/25 delivery on 22/05/25 and installation at 24/05/25.
I think Consumption of Electricity unit is 1unit = 1 hour using

Pathetic Air Conditioning from this con company. Guys I wasted my 36k in buying this rubbish product. This product is not cooling a bit. It’s throwing water even though lg technician claims that there is no gas leakage. They came to my house and did a regular service and said the filter were choking that’s why it’s not cooling. I mean these unqualified goons doesn’t want to listen to the customer. I know no one will listen to my plea. These big giants will not replace or repair my product unless I pay them hefty amount which I will not. I tired of getting conned by these big giants. All I can do is make you aware that don’t buy these product if you care about your hard earned money.

Poor performance which was not expected with LG 😔.. this Compaq model is worst if you are going with 3star rating. I bought 2 split ACs and both are in same condition. Not able to chill even a room. LG has advanced the features but not the functionality. I had a good experience with my previous Voltas n Daikin ACs. Frustrated with it.
