I’ve been using this CPU for a while now, and it’s been delivering an excellent experience for everyday tasks. The system is working fine and the price is not high. Earlier, I had given this a Poor rating – because on checking the Properties of This PC, it was showing ” 8 GB RAM installed” instead of 16 GB RAM. On contacting Amazon customer service, I was asked to contact Cyntexia on their number . On contacting , the person handling after-sales at Cyntexia was very helpful . He listened to the issue I narrated and asked me to send a photo of the motherboard. He said it was probably a case of one of the RAM chips becoming loose during transportation. On receiving the photo of the motherboard , he gave detailed instructions to fix the RAM chip properly . This I did and the problem has been solved.
In view of the above, I revise my rating to : “EXCELLENT”

The media could not be loaded.
Excellent desktop must recommend this Brand.Customer care is very supportive and replied to all my query which i asked them.Infact they called me and asked me after a month, if my desktop is working fine or not?.As a customer I see that most of the sellers don’t even bother to know the status of products being sold,but Cyntexia called me to know the status of the desktop.So definitely Recomend Cyntexia brand desktop which also offer at very good price.Thanks Cyntexia 👍

Very Good. But, it would have been more great if the CPU has inbuilt hardware for wifi. They even can have understanding with a monitor manufacturer and supply monitor also. That could make them comprehensive supplier of entire system

Sometimes when the system is switched on, it remains on the black screen with the company logo. The computer can only start after several restarts. But sometimes it opens without any problem! What is the reason? what do I do?
