Superb built quality, high grade brass burner and valve from SABAF and the only 4 burner cook top in the market with two XXL burner sufficiently place with ample spacing. Please be mindful of the width as this product is larger than Most available in market

Hi,
I had huge trust on Bosch products but with latest findings I felt product quality and tests are gone for toss.
I wanted most safe gas stove and hence preferred Bosch for this.but design of burner is such a way that it will get fire hazard with split of airway between burner bottom and top cover of burner..
I trust This is biggest brand but just my product proved their design is not up to safety mark and I felt this is not one of use case but entire products will have this safety risk as design seems to be core thing. I still trust Bosch due to their Toughest and Reliable proven track record from Past.. Hope no family gets unwanted experience due to current burner design…Again I’m no technical person..Just sharing my views from product first hand experience and everything is done in good faith to give constructive feedback to all stakeholders…

The media could not be loaded.
The gas stove is malfunctioning right from installation. On contacting Bosch they sent a technician. He did some repair and went. The problem persisted and on complaining another technician came and found the issues with stove genuine. He said he has informed his higher ups the issues and has not yet heard anything from them. The issue is that on ignition the burners is bursting like crackers. Again on lowering the flames it is again creating bursting sound or getting off. Now we are afraid of using it. There is no other option before us other than replacement. Please advise what to do.
