Excellent build quality, steady and consistent flame. There is no groove on the stove which makes it easy to keep clean.

This product appears to be a locally manufactured one, although it’s marketed as a premium option. We’ve faced several issues, starting with the valve malfunctioning and the knobs becoming extremely tight. The knobs also tend to rotate and come off even with minimal contact. At one point, there was even a gas leak due to this.
While customer support did respond promptly, there’s no proper tracking system to know if a technician has been assigned. We’ve had to follow up repeatedly to get updates, which is frustrating.
Since we have only one stove at home, this issue has made cooking extremely difficult. Are they expecting us to keep a backup stove?
Additionally, the SIM (low flame) setting is far too high. When we raised this concern, we were told it was intentionally designed that way for efficiency. However, when cooking delicate items like masalas on low flame, they tend to burn easily. This not only affects the quality of cooking but also leads to excessive gas consumption.

After 2 months of observation, Gas stove – 4 burner is working fine as expected….Worth & good stainless steel stylish product ,flames coming so good,overall the product is suggestable. Need to check how good customer service provide by company.

Good points: 2mm thick stainless steel sheet is used for the body. The product looks sturdy and the finishing is very good, the metal knobs are sturdy too.
The length of the product is large so there is a great space to keep the utensils.
The knob control feel is excellent – gradual change of flame from start to end. My earlier Faber stove had very poor control knobs and I had to discard the stove within 2 years due to poor service and quality issues. Everflame knobs are perfect.
Problems: All the spill trays supplied have different finishes – 2 have a mirror finish and 1 has a grinded finish.
The cut edges are not smooth and have knife-like sharp edges in some places.
The company logo is a cheap sticker which can come off anytime. They should have used laser engraving.
The utensil stands are made of welded sheets, cast steel stands are preferred. Stands are very lightweight and comes off easily with slight push.
Overall: Very Good
