Good product but after sale service is bad

Very worst product after one year the refrigerator was not working. After giving complaint the company is sending the workers and they are charging for every visit rs 500 with GST( but there is no GST bill) , that too the product ( repair) they are not checking infront of us, they took the parts away and saying that board was repaired it was not working ,you have to buy new board that is rs – 3850 and installation rs 500. So dear customers I didn’t belive that on Whirlpool company doing like this . Very bad experience with this refrigerator. That too they are saying that due to voltage your board was spoiled. But it is stabilizer free refrigerator. How it is possible.

The product is good. I live on the 2nd floor, I told the delivery person to leave the product there, but they left it at the gate and left.
