Kit missing in the box

Beware of this seller, delivering returned product of other users twice.
1. This is old product, no hardcover, tampered sealed.
2. Used product and hinges broken, if u don’t return they will be happy that damaged part is out of their warehouse and no loss to them, loss only to the customer
3. There is no check most of the parts are missing, better to take a video
4. Buy from local Usha dealer, I got May 2023 model stainless steel equipment with hard cover new sealed pack, this version is July 2022 model
5. If u buy u will regret for sure

The machine is a breeze, and easy to use but, Usha promises a free kit worth Rs 500 for every purchase and then has two varieties of the product- with and without kit, the price difference-₹500
Underlying fact- There is no free kit! Then why promise one in the first place and Amazon then can’t refund the 500 to original source so, we’ll do it in Amazon Pay!

The quality is good and all the modes available for stitching. They provided the guide and tutorial is available in YouTube as well. Easy for stitching and light weight.

Its not light weight but not too heavy, much lighter than out regular household machines. Coz its little heavy that’s why it can sew jeans like thick material.
After researching a lot, made a decision to purchase this one as this came out to be the best. I have crossed the budget to get my hands on.
