Self ignition not working

No doubt about prestige company, before I have used 3 burner for 10yrs, fully satisfied, look wise, pipe has come in front side, little odd look.mentioned knife set free and tandoor stand free, but received only tandoor stand.

The gas tubing comes all the way in front (Rt side) instead of going at the back, a lot of space gets wasted to accommodate the tubing
