I’ve been using Kerala Ayurveda Mahanarayana Thailam for a few months now, and I’m incredibly impressed with its effectiveness. I initially purchased it for my own muscle soreness after intense workouts, but I’ve also found it to be a fantastic remedy for my mother’s age-related joint pain.
This 200ml bottle is a great value, as a little goes a long way. The oil has a traditional herbal scent, which I find quite soothing. Upon application, it provides a warm, comforting sensation that penetrates deep into the muscles and joints.

So I bought this as balances all the dishes in the body. I used it for a week and found it very good. It does not make my body left with oil, everything is absorbed. As I do yoga and do a body massage, only a little amount is enough for each part of the body. I also have it to my father who is 70 years and he does massage daily for one hour and is absolutely in love with it, Infact he said that he feel that he has been born again cause of this oil, mind u my father was an athlete and so really cares for his body, at this age also he is doing one hour daily massage with this oil and feeling no pain in his legs or back. I will definitely recommend this oil. Thank you for creating something good without increasing itsprice too much
