Was sceptical at first due to the weight but it has honestly drastically improved my gameplay going from my cheaper Logitech mouse
The buttons are clicky and smooth, the grip is decent with a nice white finish.

The arrived very quickly and works well with my Windows 7 PC.
You’ll need to install their G hub software to be able to switch the dpi settings and there are many to choose from.
Click sounds are obvious but not too loud. Perfect!
